*Cancellation Policy
Families and groups of nine guests or under: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your tour will be charged in full.
Corporate Groups or parties with ten or more guests: Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the activity occurs are entitled to a 100% refund unless otherwise negotiated. Cancellations or a reduction in numbers within 30 days, but prior to 7 days are subject to a 50% charge for all activities cancelled within that time frame. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to a 100% charge.
In the event of a cancellation due to weather or unsafe conditions a full refund will be given regardless of the time prior to the event. ASA reserves the sole right to make the determination on weather-related cancellations. ASA will make every reasonable effort to reschedule cancelled activities if conditions and schedules permit. A credit card will be required at the time of booking to hold activities and dates, however other forms of payment may ultimately be used.
